1. What is your MOQ?

Answer: Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. Lower quantities are available for sample orders.

2.What is the payment term?

Answer: 50% down payment, the rest 50% before delivery. We’ll show you the pictures of the your finished rackets and packages before you pay the balance.

3. Can I get a sample before bulk order?

4. What is your lead time?

Answer: Production time is 4-5 weeks. Shipping time is 2-3 weeks if by Express and 6-8 weeks if by sea.

5. How do you ensure quality consistency?

Answer: We follow a strict pre-production sample approval process. Before mass production, you approve a pre-production sample using the same materials and production line. During production, we conduct 100% inspection on weight, balance, finish, and decal alignment.

6. What import costs should I expect?

Answer:  Typically, import costs include customs duties (HS code is 9506590000, the duty rate is 2%-2.7% in most European countries), VAT (value-added tax), and minor local handling fees. In some countries e.g., UK, France, Portugal, a postponed VAT accounting (PVA) allows you to defer VAT payment at import. Even when VAT is paid upfront, it is often recoverable—meaning it does not form part of your final product cost.
