Carbon Padel Rackets
Step 1: Choose the padel model
Special model VS Standard model 

1. You could customize padel. Then we customize mold based on your design.

 

It means your padel racket is more unique, creative that is different from others.

 

2. You could also choose models from our standard models.

 

It means you could save mold cost and shorten the communication and production time.

 

Step 2:Choose the surface material
UD, 3K, 12K, 18K

1.There are different types of surface, such as fiberglass, UD carbon, 3K, 12K, 18K, 24K and 18K aluminized carbon etc.

 

2.The more K the carbon will have, the more rigidity it will bring to the racket.

 

3.3K is softer than 12K and 18k carbon.

 

4.A softer touch will bring more comfort, elasticity and forgiveness.

 

5.Hard faces give more power and precision if you already have a good technique.

 

6.Origin of the carbon can from China or Japanese (Toray).

Step 3: Water Decal Options

1. We have three options for Logo making, that is plain water decal, 3D water decal and laser water decal.

 

2.Plain water decal：Solid color or simple finish. Clean, classic, and cost‑effective.

 

3D water decal ：Raised texture that adds tactile depth, enhances spin and friction, and delivers a premium, high‑end feel.

 

Laser Water Decal：Delivers sharp, high‑precision graphics—ideal for logos and detailed branding that stand out with a technical, glossy effect.


3. There will be water decal template setup cost that will be charged one time if design keeps no change.

Step 4: Finishing options

1.We offer three finish options: glossy, matte, and matte with textured pellet paint.

 

2.Glossy – Smooth, shiny, and highly reflective. Delivers a vibrant, premium look with a sleek surface.

 

Matte – Non-reflective with a smooth, velvety texture. Offers an elegant, understated aesthetic and a comfortable grip.

 

Matte with Pellet Paint – A matte base coated with fine, grippy particles. It increases surface friction, allowing you to generate more spin and bite on the ball, ideal for players who prioritize precision and spin-heavy play.

 

3.All three finishes are available at the same price.

Step 5: Choose the core material EVA color
White/Black

1.The core material is EVA.

 

2. Hardness option: soft/medium/hard, we also have sandwich EVA, it means one rackets with 3 layers of EVA, such as soft-medium-soft, medium-soft-medium etc.

 

3.The color of EVA could be white or black.

 

4.You could choose the EVA color based on your specific design of your padel rackets.

Step 6: Accessories
Overgrip, end cap, racket wrist strap

1. Colors of overgrip, back cover, racket wrist rope could be chose based on your preferences and design of your rackets.

 

2. Logos could be printed if necessary.

Step 7: Design your own creative Logos

 

1.Tell us your creative ideas for the Logos, we make the design for you.

 

2. Also no problem to make padel based on your own design. We will provide the .ai/.pdf documents of the models you need to make the design.
