Edgeless Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle

This type doesn’t use a plastic edgeguard that’s glued to the core to keep the paddle together.

Instead, a thermoforming process is used to fuse the glass fiber honeycomb core to the carbon fiber facing.

The edges are reinforced with continuous chamber of solid carbon fiber, creating a perimeter weighting system.

This perimeter weighting increases the moment of inertia, which is a measure of the paddle’s resistance to having its speed of rotation about an axis altered by the application of a turning force.

This allows the paddle to resist twisting and increases the sweet spot with less energy being lost on off center hits.
